Job Type: Part Time (25-30 hours per week)

Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Remote)


BOLD Apparel is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Merchandise Manager to run the daily operations of the online store. This position will work directly with the BOLD Apparel Leadership Team to ensure accurate inventory, prompt order fulfillment, and focused customer care. 


  • Work under the direction of the BOLD Leadership Team to realize the seamless execution of all daily operations related to the BOLD Apparel store
  • Pick up merchandise from warehouse
  • Transport merchandise to print shop
  • Transport printed merchandise to fulfillment center 
  • Create an inventory management system at fulfillment center
  • Organize and manage inventory at fulfillment center
  • Set up and oversee Shopify inventory
  • Submit purchase requests for low stock items
  • Fulfill Shopify orders
    • Print shipping labels
    • Package orders
    • Ensure accuracy
  • Ship Shopify orders 
    • Transport orders to postal office or other mailing center as needed
  • Handle all customer service inquiries within 24-48 hours


  • High school diploma required
  • College student preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Customer service and/or hospitality training required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Basic math skills required
  • Sharp attention to detail and solid organization skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50-75 pounds with no assistance
  • Shopify experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, creative, collaborative, and nimble environment
